Welcome to May Meadow Cottage.
Located in the beautiful North Devon countryside, which gives you fantastic access to the North Devon Coast, Dartmoor, Exmoor as well as being just 40 minutes from Exeter. The Cottage is just over a mile from the pretty village of Chulmleigh and just over 15 minutes drive from the market town of South Molton. Barnstaple is 30 minutes away.
Kings Nympton station is less than a mile away which is on the Tarka train line between Exeter and Barnstaple.
The Cottage has four bedrooms, three with kingsize beds and one with a standard double and a single. Three bedrooms are ensuite, one bedroom has a separate bathroom immediately next door to the bedroom.
The Cottage is very privately located within it's own gated entrance and driveway. It has front and rear lawns of around half and acre, with a patio and BBQ area with a covered veranda and a pond.
An LTA standard tennis court which can be available on request.
The Cottage games room/ study has a bar football (foosball) table and a 6ft snooker/ pool table. There is also a study desk and a comforatable chair.
An EV charger is available on request at our neighbouring property.
