There are a few low doorways but overall the head height is very good, but caution is required.

We may on occasion need to access the garage for garden machinery but every effort would be made to not inconvenience you at all.

Access will be needed to secure the tennis court or for maintenance.

Access may occassionally be required for garden maintenance.

Driveway access is not suitable for long wheel base vehicles or vehicles with trailors.

Access to the garage is not given to guests.

There is a pond which is covered by a safety net, but children and dogs should not be left unattended.

The bath water is very hot and only a little is required. The Cottage is an old building and the plumbing can be a little quirky.

Children's equipment such as high chairs, stair gates and cots are not provided. You are welcome to bring your own.

Please note that the AGA is not functional but is a decorative feature.

Please note that we in a farming area.

Bedrooms 1 and 4 have low windows and are therefore not recommended for young children. The upstairs hallway also has low windows.
